民國69年成立志川企業有限公司，74 年5月擴大營業，成立成川鋼管(股)公司。76年12月遷廠至彰化縣花壇鄉鳥松巷7號，經多次擴廠及技術改進，目前可製造最大管徑219n/m，現更積極開發更大管徑生產之技術。為確保品質，94年10月通過ISO9001認証，今年6月榮獲經濟部中央標準局頒發正字標記証書。
