正忠排骨飯起源於高雄市，創立於1991年，創辦人王致中先生年輕有為，熱心社會公益。秉持「取之社會，用之社會」的理念，力挺各類公益活動。店名取為「正忠排骨飯」，乃有一段鮮為人知的故事~王老板創業之初，在三民區正忠路向黃正忠先生租屋經營小吃店，與”正忠”二字結下不解的因緣。故在其事業巔峰，以極富本土味的「正忠排骨飯」為名，在便當界闖出一片天。分店一家一家開，僅僅幾年，以獨資開立多家分店，甚至已擴展到台中地區。
