第一化工原料股份有限公司成立於1963年。早期主要以銷售基礎化學原料為主。1985年第二代接手後，即致力於發展特用化學品、化粧品原料、精油及香精、色料、染料、水質處理劑、測試劑、DIY材料等原料。2004年創立「第一化粧品」 de品牌，發表「自然‧簡單‧無負擔」的保養概念。秉持著「第一品質，品質第一」的信念，第一化粧品廠於2013年取得 「化粧品GMP認證」的殊榮！
