一般信息
1987年，爲了促進STAR精機在台灣地區的生產、販賣、機器安裝、維修服務，由STAR精機百分之百出資成立STAROBO ROBOT CO.,LTD.作為發展的據點。1997年2月變更公司名為現在的英文名，並強化販賣與售後服務。於台北設置總公司，並於台中與台南設置營業所，以便發展與各地區更密切的服務。台南營業所更同時設置了修理工廠和倉庫，不僅可以進行機器的改造與修理，更因具備倉庫隨時有庫存機器，可以做到快速交機的地步。1998年底增設廣東深圳工廠，以因應中華經濟圈客戶的要求。
