仁暉診所於87年08月成立，院長是前新光醫院腎臟科主任李素慧醫師，及前林口長庚醫院腎臟內科主治醫師許尚文共同領導專業高品質醫療服務團隊進駐三重地區，以服務三重蘆洲鄉里為目的，成立仁暉診所。至94年6月更與全世界最大的透析產品供應商Fresenius Medical Care及其所屬專責透析中心經營的子公司Nephrocare合作，始用最先進的透析治療產品，為三重蘆洲地區的透析病患提供更高品質的血液透析服務。
