●財政部為賡續推動電子發票，輔導102年12月31日以前使用收銀機開立統一發票之營利事業順應潮流，改為使用電子發票，於103年1月1日以後申請並經核准改為使用電子發票，仍得在符合規定之年度起至112年度止，適用101年9月27日台財稅字第10104609090令規定，有關擴大書面審核案件之純益率標準得降低1個百分點；非擴大書審案件之所得標準額得降低2個百分點之獎勵措施。
●(105)財政部國稅局規定自2016年1月1日起，凡使用電子發票之店家具有申請為外籍旅客小額退稅「特定營業人」的資格，其餘資格從寬辦理。
