南丁格爾護理之家於民國95年於台中市南區成立，105年9月遷移至烏日區(近烏日啤酒廠)，立案床數為67床，迄今已服務十餘年，希望透過我們的服務能讓長輩們健走、健身，快樂生活，打造長者的快樂天堂，我們提供包含身、心、社會與靈性的全人照顧，透過護理師、醫師、營養師、社工師、藥師、復健師等專業團隊的合作，讓專業醫療成為長輩健康生活最有力的靠山，並以生活照顧為主，透過貼心且親切的照顧服務員提供每位長輩所需的生活服務，讓長輩即使入住南丁格爾護理之家，仍能保有自己喜愛的生活方式與習慣。
