中農於1949年首創台灣粉絲廠，並與日商頗負盛名的冬粉廠負責人毛利桑先生結為姊妹廠。繼後投下龐大資金引進全台灣第一部製作冬粉的自動化機器。至今已有上百年的製粉秘方與經驗，堅持不偷工減料、不摻雜粉。堅持台灣製的上等品質，從原料純度檢驗到溫度溼度控制，生產Ｑ而具韌性之各類產品更是完全符合國家標準CNS粉絲檢驗法規定。
