本會緣起讓本業工人享有勞工保險，生命安全及生活受到保障。內部提供了視聽教室、電腦教室，會員休息區，更增加了會員對工會的向心力，讓會員有「以工會為家，以工會為榮」的信念，時時為會員提供多項資訊以補充能量，讓會員在知識及心靈上不斷的成長、不斷的茁壯。期使本會會務在穩定中求發展，在進步中求突破，借諸先進之助力使會務蒸蒸日上，使本業勞工謀求更多的福利開創美好的前途。
