『神木谷假期溫泉大飯店』位於台中縣和平鄉谷關風景區，飯店內有一株國寶級的 千年五葉松神木 ，是谷關地區最好的景點。五葉松常年綠葉，五葉一束，代表著五氣朝元，此株五葉松是全東南亞最大及壽齡最長的五葉松，其樹高約 36 公尺 、約 12 層樓，樹圍需 6 人以上才能環抱，樹齡千年， 屹立不搖，傲視群山。『神木谷假期溫泉大飯店』就是以此株老而彌堅，蒼綠雄偉之千年神木為其命名。
