美二佳】創立於1997年,由洪氏姐弟，一步一腳印打造出來的。創始店就位在清水鎮【俗稱牛罵頭】中山路上。昔日的清水街上有著知名的糕餅老店要拓展著實不易。但洪氏姐弟憑著專業的技術與獨特的眼光與一步一腳印的札實功夫，以【出生之犢不畏虎】的勇氣，為美二佳奠下穩固的基礎。
【美二佳】的成立驗證了古人所說：「兄弟齊心 其力斷金」的名言。相對的也是其他糕餅同業望塵莫及的成就。
