天素食品（原天一食品）創立於民國六十四年（1975），負責人蔡天素先生在創立之初從事肉鬆等製品的生產，由於民國六十五（1976）年開始吃素的關係， 於是將產品改為素食並致力於健康概念的素食產品的研究，在不斷創新與改良下，突破多次挫折與困難，終於創造出美味的素食產品， 計有各類豆干十餘種，及新式健康素食品：紅毛苔、紫菜酥、素肉鬆、香菇素蹄等素食精製品，廣受各界好評及各地經銷景點喜愛。
