「社團法人中華職訓教育協會」經內政部核准設立，並經法院登記為非營利之社團法人，為研究、教育與服務三位一體之非營利性職訓辦理機構；本會以結合各界資源，從事職訓教育的研究實施、推展與辦理及促進就業機會為宗旨，專責於配合政府及工商業界推動職業訓練研究發展工作，並開辦職業訓練業務。以成為指標性訓練機構為期許目標，朝職業訓練專業化邁進，核心訓練類別為資訊科技、工商管理類。
