使命「1.推動本產業美容美髮美甲同業相互交流整合。
2.提昇會員及勞工專業技能訓練及相關業務講習。
3.關於會員營業之調整，統計及研究發展事項。
4.產業e化，積極推動國際資訊整合。
5.保障勞權配合政府辦理在職進修第二專長訓練，
改善會員勞動條件及經濟生活。
6.關於會員合法權益保障事項。」
