一般信息
周媽媽早年以一台手推車，
在高雄眷村靠著賣涼麵來維持生活家計製作涼麵至今已長達7０年的歷史了！
為了延續傳統好滋味，周媽媽自行研發醬汁，經過不斷調配改進到現在的黃金比例，濃濃的芝麻香，酸香夠味帶點甜香氣，均衡感很好，清爽又不膩口。麵體部分則是使用細涼麵，每日現點現做，麵條Ｑ勁十足又彈牙，能完美吸附醬汁，搭配手工切絲的小黃瓜，吃起來喀滋喀滋相當脆口最後再加上蒜泥點綴，口感層次豐富，吃完口齒留香令人回味無窮！
