東傑有機茶園位於台東縣卑南鄉延平山脈，茶園主人陳肇誠，世代植茶為業，曾就讀台北工專，台北醫學院。自80年代立志繼承祖業，致力於有機茶的栽種。2010年當選台灣優秀模範勞工。如今帶領著第三代陳弘儒的經營下，更是將東部好茶的名聲推得更遠，更獲得世界級的比賽「第八屆國際茗茶評比金牌獎」的殊榮。
