堅持深耕地方，翻攪深厚的人文土壤，種下未來的藝文種子｜2012年，以「文化青年，藝錦還鄉」為創業使命，鹿港囝仔回到了故鄉，以藝術工作團隊的角色在的地方上打拼，努力打造「咱」的事業。2015年籌辦今秋藝術節，以表演藝術作為藝術節的核心，周邊社區策展更催生參先生手作、勝豐吧、橫街工作室及禾火食堂。返鄉青年得以文化創業，用自己的方式工作與生活，更是用熱情與汗水寫下一篇篇「返鄉青年生存之道」的動人故事。
