創立於民國75年，營運方針係以行銷國內外藥品健康食品及一般化妝品為主，惟因經濟每年之成長，銷售產品之種類快速增加，品質需求逐漸提升，供應廠商無法達到本公司要求之水準，又因業務增加原公司已不敷使用，為擴大業務， 於民國87年籌設 凱瑞科化股份有限公司.購買新北市新莊區化成路工業區，建廠房一棟及辦公室，從事生產營業，資本額增為新台幣伍佰萬元整。原鉅銓實業有限公司獨立分出專營健康製品行銷業務，凱瑞科化股份限公司專門從事生產保健食品業務，以達產銷分離，朝更專業之方向經營。
