For more than 50 years, Kenda has built the reputation as one of the best tire manufactures in the world, producing high quality tires for customers across the globe.

Utilizing a staff of highly trained engineers, Kenda has developed products with superiority durability and performance characteristics. With factories spread across the heart of global bicycle production, Kenda has a facility that can service nearly every customer.

Built on the ideals of Kenda’s founder Chin-Bao Yang, Honesty, Quality, Innovation, and Service; those ideals are continued today in his sons as Kenda remains a family-owned business.

But Kenda is more than just a bicycle tire manufacturer. Throughout the eight tire production factories, Kenda manufacturers high-tech products for wheelchairs, the automotive industry (passenger cars, light trucks, and sport trucks), motorcycles, ATVs, trailers, golf carts, and various industrial and agricultural tires.

Additionally, beyond tires Kenda also owns multiple trailer and industrial wheel manufacturers, airless tires, and roofing a pond liner manufacturing.
Kenda employs more than 10,000 people worldwide through eight production plants: three in Taiwan, four in China, one in Vietnam. These manufacturing plants are capable of producing more than one million tires and tubes on a daily basis.

To better serve the ever changing needs of our customers, Kenda maintains offices in Taiwan (Yuan-Lin and Taipei), China (Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Tianjin), Vietnam (Dong Nai Pro), USA (Columbus, Ohio) and Germany (Oldenburg).

Over the course of Kenda’s 50-plus years, Kenda has developed long-term relationships with more than 500 major industrial customers worldwide, which allows retail customers to find Kenda tires in more than 150 countries.

Kenda Europe was founded in 2013 and is located in Oldenburg in Northern Germany. The responsible management people of Kenda Europe are Riko Vodan (European Sales Manager) and Uwe Daniel (European Marketing Manager)
