於2002年由臺中市政府文化局登錄為歷史建築的臺中放送局，擁有最多扇窗戶的建築物，共有94扇窗，因應不同機能性，設計出不一樣窗型的窗戶，從日出到日落，看見不同色彩與情緒的臺中放送局，除了多扇窗的設計之外，外貌上，更是所謂『過度式樣』現代類型的建築，直接地述說它所成長的歷史背景風貌，更多放送局的故事與特色，等著您一一探掘。

南屯區位在發展快速的臺中市，不僅具有現代化都市發展的建物，也同時保有傳統的農村文物、傳統民俗、老街、古厝及田園景觀…等資源，具有相當高的休閒觀光的發展潛力。藉此計畫以南屯犁頭店地方文化館來作為南屯區社區資訊中心，依現有活動中心及廢棄宿舍，利用社區閒置空間，籌設社區生活館，增加社區居民情感交流空間。生...
